Bill Cochran, our Manufacturing Account Executive, brings 30 years of diverse manufacturing management experience to our team. Bill’s positions have included Purchasing Manager, Director of Materials Control, and V.P. of Sales for a dynamic consumer manufacturer. Bill’s goal is to develop a positive and productive relationship between candidates and employers.

Jim Cappio has over 30 years of international experience with P & G, Tenneco and Singer, where he served as President of three divisions. During the past five years he has worked for KPMG and PWC Consulting, where he has provided Human Resource Management consulting to European companies in the areas of product development, marketing, financial accounting and manufacturing. Jim’s goal is to identify candidates who can rapidly develop to higher levels of responsibility and authority.

Michael Winters has over 25 years of diverse manufacturing management experience, including Quality/Engineering management positions in automotive, consumer products, chemical and aerospace companies. Michael’s goal is to find the best candidate who can contribute to the company’s growth for a long time.
